As a patrol officer in Central Texas, I grew tired of fighting clunky state websites that aren't formatted for mobile screens, keeping track of battered pocket reference cards, and attempting to recall case law during a fast-moving stop. I built Apex Texas Street Cop to fix these roadside friction points for myself—and to ensure officers across the state have a fast, rugged, 100% offline knowledge asset when it matters most.
